Hi, I’m Audrey, a registered dietitian offering grounded, personalized nutrition support.

I work with people who are tired of conflicting nutrition advice and want support that actually fits their body, life, and health goals. Drawing on over a decade of experience, my approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a holistic, whole-body perspective — because food doesn’t exist in isolation from stress, digestion, or daily life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Florida State University. I spent several years as a lead nutritionist at NYU Langone, and have consulted for supplement companies and large consumer health brands. I’ve also written cookbooks and nutrition programs for health influencers. My favorite setting is to work privately with clients— where I build meaningful, goal-oriented relationships that lead to lasting change.
Outside of client work, I’m an apprenticing yoga teacher and a lifelong student of holistic health. I’m studying herbal medicine and am deeply interested in how movement, breath, and nervous system regulation intersect with nutrition and wellbeing.
I love travel and have lived abroad in three different countries, experiences that have shaped how I think about food, culture, and health. I’m happiest outdoors, surrounded by nature. These interests naturally inform how I show up in my work — curious, grounded, and attentive to the full human experience.
I currently see clients virtually and accept insurance to help make nutrition care more accessible. I also offer self-pay sessions and ongoing support options.
