Registered Dietitian Nutritionist | MS, RD | Virtual Nutrition Counseling
Hi, I’m Audrey Boutcher, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over a decade of experience helping individuals improve their health, feel better in their bodies, and build sustainable habits that last. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Florida State University.
I provide personalized, virtual nutrition counseling to individuals seeking realistic, evidence-based guidance. My approach is rooted in science and enriched by a holistic understanding of how nutrition, stress, lifestyle, and mindset all work together to shape health. I offer care that is supportive and tailored to each client’s unique goals, challenges, and biology. I currently see clients via telehealth and accept insurance to make care more accessible. Common areas of focus include digestion, energy, metabolism, hormonal health, and long-term habit change.
Outside of work, I’m an apprenticing yoga teacher, avid traveler, and nature lover. I’ve lived abroad in three countries, and I bring curiosity, compassion, and a global perspective to everything I do.
